Welcome to your yoga journey🧘🏼♀️
As a new yogi, you might come across two beautiful practices:
Vinyasa Yoga and Yoga Nidra
Vinyasa Yoga is a lively, flowing style that connects each movement with breath, creating a smooth and energizing sequence. Think of it as a gentle dance with your breath guiding each step. It’s a great way to build strength, flexibility, and mindfulness all in one practice.
On the other hand, Yoga Nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a deeply restful practice where you simply lie down and are guided through calming visualizations and gentle breathing. It’s designed to help you release stress and enter a state of deep relaxation, like a peaceful nap for your mind and body.
Both practices offer unique ways to connect with yourself, so feel free to explore and see what resonates most with you. Welcome aboard! 🌿
And also
Meditation
Meditation is woven into both practices to quiet the mind and help you tune into the present moment. By focusing on your breath, body, or a soothing visualization, you’ll start to feel more at ease, centered, and balanced in your daily life.

Mūlādhāra (Root Chakra)
Located at the base of the spine, the Root Chakra is all about grounding and stability. It connects us to our physical body and sense of security, creating a foundation for feeling safe and supported.
Manipūra (Solar Plexus Chakra)
Positioned above the navel, the Solar Plexus Chakra is the center of personal power, confidence, and motivation. It helps us pursue our goals and assert ourselves with clarity and purpose.
Viśuddha (Throat Chakra)
Located in the throat area, the Throat Chakra empowers communication, self-expression, and authenticity. It allows us to speak our truth and connect with others through honest and clear expression.
Charkras
Svādhisthāna (Sacral Chakra)
The Sacral Chakra, located just below the navel, governs creativity, passion, and pleasure. It helps us embrace our emotions, enjoy life’s simple joys, and express our creative energy freely.
Anāhata (Heart Chakra)
Found at the center of the chest, the Heart Chakra is the bridge between our physical and spiritual selves. It embodies love, compassion, and connection, helping us to form deep bonds with others and nurture self-love.
Ājñā (Third Eye Chakra)
Situated between the eyebrows, the Third Eye Chakra is the center of intuition, insight, and wisdom. It encourages us to trust our inner guidance and see beyond the physical, accessing deeper knowledge and clarity.
