We know that plans can change, and we strive to be as fair and transparent as possible, while also respecting the commitments necessary to carry out this withdrawal.
Cancellations by the Participant
- More than 60 days before departure: 75% refund
- Between 30 and 59 days before departure: 50% refund
- Less than 30 days before departure: Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund
- Absences or early departures: No refunds or credits are given for unused days
Transfer your reservation
If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your place to someone else up to 14 days before the retreat (subject to approval and a small administrative fee). We will do our best to facilitate the change.
If We Cancel
In the unlikely event that we need to cancel the retreat, a full refund will be issued.
If the cancellation is due to circumstances beyond our control (such as natural disasters or political instability), we will offer:
- Rescheduling the retreat, applying your payment to new dates, or
- A partial refund, minus any costs already committed (such as lodging, meals, or staff fees).
Refund Processing
Refunds are processed within up to 14 business days, and may be subject to an administrative fee of 3–7%.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds:
- Early departures or partial assistance
- Changes or delays to your travel itinerary
- No show without notice
Travel Insurance
We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your investment and be covered against any unforeseen events.
