Payment: Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your session.
Cancellations Made 24 Hours Before the Session: If you need to cancel your session, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund.
Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before the Session: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will not be eligible for a refund.
Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We will do our best to accommodate your request based on availability.
No Shows: No refunds or credits will be provided for no-shows or cancellations made on the day of the session.

Changes and Adjustments:
Selva Sattva reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat if necessary, such as due to insufficient enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to transfer to another retreat date or receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Travel Insurance:

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover any unexpected changes to your plans, including cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies.

Participants are responsible for disclosing any medical conditions or special requirements at the time of booking. Selva Sattva is not responsible for any health issues that arise during the retreat. We advise consulting with your healthcare provider before attending if you have
any concerns.
