Changes and Adjustments:
Selva Sattva reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat if necessary, for example, due to an insufficient number of registrants, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to switch to another retreat date or receive a full refund, including the deposit.

Authorization and Liability:

I declare that the information provided is truthful and understand that the practice of yoga involves physical activity. I commit to listening to my body and respecting my limits. I release the instructor and the yoga center from any liability for injuries that may occur during practice.

I also understand that during the event, photographs and/or videos may be taken for use on social networks and dissemination material. If I do not wish to appear in these images, I agree to indicate it on the form or communicate it to the organizing team, and my decision will be respected.

The retreat is confirmed with a minimum of 6 participants. In line with the flow, adjustments may arise (rescheduling or cancellation). Therefore, we recommend considering purchasing travel insurance on the plane ticket as part of self-care.
