Our In-Person Yoga & Sound Baths session is a unique, transformative experience that combines
the ancient practice of yoga with the therapeutic vibrations of sound.

What to Expect:

This session is thoughtfully curated to guide you on a journey of inner peace, balance, and deep relaxation.

Gentle Yoga Flow

Begin your session with a gentle yoga flow designed to awaken and align your body. Our instructors will guide you through a series of asanas (postures) that are accessible to all levels. The practice focuses on breath control, flexibility, strength, and mindfulness, creating a perfect foundation for the sound bath experience.

Sound Bath Journey

Lie down comfortably as you are enveloped by the soothing sounds of sacred instruments. We will create a symphony of harmonious frequencies that resonate with your body’s energy centers (chakras). These sounds facilitate deep meditation, emotional release, and energy balancing, helping to restore your natural state of harmony and well-being.

Integration & Reflection

After the sound bath session, take a few moments to integrate your experience. You will be given time for silent reflection and journaling if you wish. Our instructors will be available to answer any questions and provide insights on how to incorporate the benefits of the session into your daily life.

Pranayama (Breath Work)

Transition into pranayama, the art of controlled breathing. These breathing techniques will help you center your mind, enhance your vitality, and prepare your body to receive the healing vibrations of sound. Pranayama practices also promote detoxification and stress reduction, paving the way for deeper relaxation.

Guided Meditation

During the sound bath, we will gently lead you through a guided meditation. This meditation is designed to help you release any lingering tension, invite positive energy, and deepen your connection to your inner self. The combination of sound and guided imagery enhances the therapeutic effects, leaving you feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
